Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner in Highland Heights, OH for a full-time 7am–7pm shift. The role focuses on compassionate, resident-centered care with emphasis on empathy and daily living assistance.

Expect to work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and alternating weeks with a 7:00am–7:00pm schedule. Benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted in the team culture.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Ability to read and print documents and enter resident information using a computer.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing and walking, including after a fall.
• Criminal background clearance is required.

Position Type: Full-Time

Location: Highland Heights, OH

Care Partner pay range: $18 - $23.75 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

7:00am to 7:00pm

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
