Job summary

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Care Partner in Hudson, OH. This full-time role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and an hourly pay range of $19–$24.25. Shift schedule is 6:00pm–6:00am with a two-week rotation.

You will support residents with daily activities and foster a compassionate, home-like environment. Ideal candidates are at least 18, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and can read, write, and communicate in English with residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and oral care.

Care Partner pay range: $19 - $24.25 per hour

Shift Schedule—

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday

6:00pm to 6:00am

What are we looking for?

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• You will have a high school diploma, or equivalent.

• You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
• You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
• You must be criminally cleared.
