Job summary

CARE PARTNERS is hiring for NOC shifts to support our senior living residents in a compassionate and innovative environment. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide emotional support while engaging residents in meaningful activities.

We value teamwork, English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Licensing or background checks may be required by state regulations, and accommodations are considered where possible.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and work within a team.
• Good verbal communication and ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
• Monitor health and document changes; report to Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Support residents in social and recreational activities.
• Communicate with residents, families, other team members, and guests.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining general cleanliness.

What You’ll Do

• You will provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
• You will provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• You will give emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.
• You will assist with Meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
• You will engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being.
• You will connect: Communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.
• You will keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.
