SANZIE HEALTHCARE SERVICES, INC. is seeking an LPN/RN Care Coordinator/Scheduler/Recruiter to oversee HR, intake, clients, caregivers, and scheduling across branches.

The role includes onboarding, staff training, and ensuring compliance with policies and state/federal guidelines. The position requires coordinating with payroll, maintaining records, and providing timely reports, while handling inquiries and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Interview, set up employee files, perform background checks and E-Verify.
• On-boards and trains new branch clinical and administrative employees.
• Maintain employee compensation, retention, and recognition programs.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are executed within the Agency.
• Schedule and supervise caregivers; manage payroll data.

Responsabilités

• Oversees the new hire process for all branch hires; ensures all documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
• Assist in training all branch new hires and current employees; may oversee or facilitate classes, including quarterly in-service meetings.
• Respond to unemployment notices promptly.
• Enter data in AxisCare and 4-Tellius; maintain personnel records of caregivers and clients.
• Provide reports to key personnel and act as liaison for the Agency.
