The Care Team provides guidance via phone, chat, and email, balancing empathy with operational excellence to help families during loss and other life events.

The Care Specialist (Weekend Day Shift) role is part-time and supports 24/7 operations by handling live chats, inbound calls, and a range of task-based requests, including researching

Qualifications

• Warm-hearted, empathetic and patient team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role or related fields.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and digital environments.
• Strong time management and ability to work overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, empathetic chat and phone support to users.
• Assist in creating detailed Care Plans for users.
• Handle requests related to closing accounts, pricing, and sourcing vendors.
• Communicate clearly in writing and over the phone using the Empathy voice.
• Research resources and maintain Care Team knowledge base.
