Job summary

Central Minnesota Mental Health Center (CMMHC) is seeking a Full-Time Care Navigator: Office Support in our Buffalo, MN office. The role focuses on administrative duties with a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service and coordination across multiple sites.

You will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, collect copays, and may need to drive to Waite Park, St. Cloud, Monticello and Elk River.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Customer service/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls.
• Schedule appointments.
