Job summary

Central Minnesota Mental Health Center is seeking a Full-Time Care Navigator: Office Support at our St. Cloud Office. The role focuses on front-desk duties, scheduling, and patient coordination to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Expect strong customer service, multi-line phone handling, and the ability to travel between Waite Park, Buffalo, Monticello, and Elk River as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, plus a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional customer service.
• Greet Clients and Visitor.
• Answer Multi-line telephone and direct calls.
• Schedule Appointments.
• Collect copays and fees.
• Flexibility to cover hours outside of normal shift is required.
• Ability to drive to all 4 locations – Waite Park, Buffalo, Monticello and Elk River.
