ScribeAmerica is hiring a Care Navigator to support patients and families on-site across multiple healthcare settings. You will help develop and monitor individualized care plans, coordinate access to care resources, and communicate with care teams to ensure smooth patient journeys.

The Care Navigator serves as an integral part of the medical care team to help empower and engage patients in their healthcare. Care Navigators act as the primary contact point, advocate and source of information for patients and the community partners who help treat them. While the Care Navigator’s duties may vary depending on clinical placement, the overarching purpose of this position is to collaborate with patients to provide education and care coordination to help them manage their medical conditions and health, while allowing medical providers to practice more effectively and efficiently.
As an on‑site medical scribe, you could work in a variety of healthcare settings — from doctor’s offices to emergency departments. With over 80 specialties nationwide, we’ll match you to the best fit based on your schedule, interests, and location.
We offer both part‑time (2–3 shifts per week) and full‑time (3–4 shifts per week) positions. Shifts are usually 8 hours but can vary depending on site needs.
Our compensation for this position is $18.00, depending on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
