Klamath Basin Behavioral Health in Klamath Falls, Oregon is seeking a Clinical Program Manager to lead the Care Navigation team. This full-time role focuses on clinical leadership, program operations, and staff development in a multidisciplinary environment.

You will supervise clinicians, manage performance, ensure timely access to services, and uphold regulatory standards while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., MA, MSW, or equivalent graduate degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status in Oregon.
• Minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years of leadership, supervision, or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and leadership to the Care Navigation team.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on support, accountability, and professional growth.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
• Lead team meetings that promote communication, collaboration, and engagement.
• Oversee staffing plans, scheduling, and workload distribution.
