Job summary

State of Colorado's Department of Human Services seeks a CNS Program Assistant to support Care Navigation Services. You will assist division leadership, manage schedules, and help implement plans and procedures to meet deadlines.

You will create and maintain databases, ensure HIPAA compliance, and support departmental meetings with minutes and agendas. Occasional on-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Five years+ of high level experience supporting directors or executives in admin/exec roles.
• Ability to manage projects, schedules, and complex timelines.
• Experience handling confidential information in a governmental setting.

Responsibilities

• This position provides program assistance and technical support for the Care Navigation Services program, including its division director and staff.
• The CNS Program Assistant coordinates plans, maintains databases, ensures HIPAA compliance, and supports meetings and reporting.
• Onsite meetings and on-location activities are intermittently required.
