Job summary

Colorado Department of Human Services (CDHS) is seeking a Care Navigation Services (CNS) Program Assistant to provide program support and technical help to the division director, program director, and staff, ensuring deadlines are met and program goals are achieved. The role includes database management, HIPAA compliance, and reporting support.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with minimum two on-site days and three remote days, and onsite/field coordination as needed.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of high level experience supporting directors or executives in an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or similar support roles.
• Experience to include helping to manage projects, implementing office work processes, managing schedules, analyzing program/data information, developing guidelines and/or templates, creating and/or updating work processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide program assistance and technical support for the Care Navigation Services program, including its division director, program director, and other staff members.
• Facilitate development and implementation of plans and procedures to meet deadlines and program goals.
• Create and maintain databases and systems to ensure secure storage, reliable tracking of metrics, and HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and support staffing and leadership activities.
