Bayside Community Church in Lakewood Ranch seeks an Assistant Care Director to help lead the Care Ministry. You will support day-to-day management, assist in meeting pastoral care needs, and coordinate Care Staff training and scheduling.

This exempt full-time role requires strong biblical literacy, leadership, and experience building volunteer teams. Applicants should be committed to campus care, growth through the Growth Track, and regular participation in worship and giving.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years ministry experience on church staff
• Strong biblical literacy and scriptural application
• Proficiency in coordinating care teams and staff
• Ability to train and develop volunteers
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Responsabilidades

• Assist Care Director in day-to-day Care Ministry management
• Help meet pastoral care needs and develop Care Plans
• Facilitate weekly Care Staff meetings and training
• Schedule staff for weekly on-call rotation
• Oversee Care Ministry volunteers and Dream Teams
• Oversee onboarding in Planning Center Online
• Coordinate partnerships with Discipleship/Leadership Development/Coaches teams
• Report weekly to Campus Care Director
