Job summary

TerraBella Senior Living is seeking a Care/Medication Technician to join the Benton House Sugar Hill community. The role provides hands‑on care, supporting residents with daily activities and medication administration in a home‑like setting.

You will monitor health changes, document findings, assist with meals, and collaborate with the nursing team to ensure safety and comfort. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and a Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred; CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aide certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care Giver: supervise designated residents during shift; observe and report changes; respond to calls; assist with continence management; help with activities of daily living; maintain cleanliness and safety; greet clients and guests; perform resident laundry as assigned.
• Medication Tech duties: review service plan; assist/observe medications using Six Rights; document administration; maintain confidentiality; restock medication cart; count narcotics with nurse; maintain medication room and charts; follow refill process; participate in Service Plan updates; take vitals as directed.
