Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a Lead Caregiver to serve as a frontline supervisor in a senior living community. You will manage shift assignments, oversee attendance and coverage, and provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living.

You will coach and support caregiving team members on quality standards, review charting to align with ISP, monitor resident well-being, and help onboard and mentor new staff, while maintaining safety, regulatory compliance, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required and applicant must be 18+ years old.
• CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certifications are required.
• Strong communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities are essential to lead the caregiving team.
• Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities
