Job summary

Nurses will conduct non-clinical, in-home assessments and manage their own schedules. Qualifications

• Possess valid/active Kentucky Registered Nurse License, or eligible Nursing Compact State.
• Resume' demonstrates at least one year of experience that deals with the elderly population as an RN.
• Resume' demonstrates at least one year of experience that involves case management as an RN.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-clinical, in-home assessments on a weekly basis.
• Manage a dedicated case load and set your own schedule.
• Work remotely with administrative and clinical support.

Education
