Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting ISP updates, promoting safety and independence, and engaging residents in social activities. The role emphasizes communication with families and care teams, with additional focus on Memory Care enrichment and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High School Diploma or GED is required, 18+.
