• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care

and ensuring safety, dignity, and independence for residents. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and support engaging activities, including in‑memory care for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.
