Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a part-time Care Manager in Chevy Chase, MD. You will assist residents with ADLs, follow ISP plans, promote safety and independence, and engage residents in daily activities.

The role includes supporting dining and maintaining a welcoming environment, with clear communication to families and care leaders. Experience in Memory Care is beneficial, and CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Must demonstrate compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follows Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and documents changes.
• Promotes safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engages residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Supports dining services and maintains a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicates effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, creates enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
