Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC seeks a dedicated Caregiver to support residents with daily activities, dignity, and meaningful engagement in a warm community.

You will follow ISP, assist with personal care, and help with dining and safety, while communicating with families and care teams. In Memory Care, you’ll create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 18+ years old.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
