Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to support residents at Sunrise of Bethesda in Bethesda, MD. Part-time, 7am-3pm, offering meaningful, hands-on care and relationship-building with residents.

You will assist with ADLs, follow ISP plans, promote safety and dignity, engage residents in daily activities, support dining, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while communicating with families and care leaders. CPR/First Aid certification preferred; age 18+.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for memory-impaired residents.
