Job summary

Caring Senior Service in West Houston is seeking a confident, compassionate Care Manager to lead our caregivers, support clients and families, and ensure exceptional care is delivered every day.

This leadership role goes beyond scheduling, with responsibilities to recruit, onboard, coach, and retain staff, manage client care, and own scheduling. The position requires a proactive leader committed to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership or management experience.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Problem-solver who takes ownership.
• Healthcare or senior-care experience preferred, not required.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
• Valid driver’s license + insured vehicle.
• Ability to pass background and registry checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Care Team by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining caregivers.
• Manage Client Care by supporting onboarding and communicating with families.
• Own Scheduling by managing caregiver schedules and handling last-minute changes.
• Lead From the Front by providing companionship or ADL support when needed.

Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 l West Houston Area

We’re looking for a confident, compassionate Care Manager to lead our caregivers, support clients and families, and ensure exceptional care is delivered every day.

This is a leadership role — not just a scheduling position.

What You’ll Do

Lead the Care Team

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and retain caregivers
• Set clear expectations and promote accountability
• Build a positive, supportive team culture

Manage Client Care

• Support new client onboarding
• Communicate with clients and families
• Address concerns quickly and professionally
• Help ensure consistent, high-quality care

Own Scheduling

• Manage caregiver schedules and coverage
• Handle call-offs and last-minute changes
• Match caregivers to clients based on needs and compatibility

Lead From the Front

• Step in with companionship or ADL support when needed
• Do whatever it takes to help ensure uninterrupted care

What We’re Looking For

Schedule & Compensation

$50,000 starting salary + bonus

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Rotating evening/weekend on-call West Houston office + local travel
