Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience as a CNA or HHA (or equivalent)
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities

Responsibilities

• Interview and onboard new Caregivers
• Provide ongoing training and support to Caregivers
• Schedule staffing and manage caregiver availability
• Conduct phone calls to clients and Caregivers
• Perform supervisory visits as needed
• Cover shifts as needed
• Assist with skills training classes for new hires
• Perform additional duties as assigned
