Qualifications

• Clinical experience in healthcare settings is required.
• Leadership and training skills are essential.
• Elder care and social services experience is important.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment is needed.
• Knowledge of local resources and community services is expected.

Responsibilities

• Meets with new clients to complete intake paperwork and provide orientation to services.
• Provides on-site training for Caregivers and Clients.
• Completes new Plan of Care and communicates with Caregivers and Scheduling Coordinators.
• Conducts telephone follow-up with Prospective Clients and schedules In-Home Assessments.
• Identifies marketing opportunities with current clients and community partners.
• Maintains daily documentation in the company CRM.
