Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Illinois is seeking a Caregiver to be the heart of our mission, providing hands-on support and building meaningful relationships with residents every day. You will assist with daily living activities, follow ISP, promote safety, and contribute to a welcoming environment.

CPR/First Aid is preferred; 18+ with a High School Diploma. You’ll engage residents, support dining, and communicate with families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss

Pay Range:

15.50 - 19.40
