Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Naperville, IL seeks a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on personal and social support, helping residents with daily activities and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

You will follow care plans, document changes, and engage residents through conversations and activities, including Memory Care experiences for residents with memory loss. The role emphasizes safety, dignity, and meaningful connections daily.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+

Pay Range:

15.50 - 19.40
