Qualifications

  • SVQ Social Services & Healthcare Level 4 (SCQF Level 9) or equivalent.
  • Experience in homecare with strong operational knowledge (care plans, rotas, audits).
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience as a Registered Manager, Care Manager, Service Manager or ambitious Deputy ready to step up.
  • Confident, friendly personality with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive, growth-focused mindset.
