Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is looking for a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow individualized care plans, promote safety and dignity, and engage residents in daily activities to brighten their day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
