Sunrise Senior Living in Saddle River, NJ seeks a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support with activities of daily living and meaningful engagement for residents. You will follow individualized care plans, ensure safety and dignity, and help residents stay independent while building trusting relationships.

You’ll collaborate with families and care leaders, assist with dining, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

18.92 - 23.65
