Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is hiring a Caregiver in New Jersey to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will follow Individualized Service Plans, assist with daily living activities, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+ required.
• CPR/First Aid certification encouraged or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, personal care).
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• Create enriching experiences for Memory Care residents.
