Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Middletown, NJ is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and companionship to residents. You will follow Individualized Service Plans, promote safety and dignity, and assist with dining and daily routines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CHHA or CNA required
• CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
