Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow individualized care plans, document changes, and promote safety and dignity in all interactions.

The role involves engaging residents in conversations, assisting dining services, and maintaining a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, CHHA/CNA, and CPR/First Aid or the ability to obtain them.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CHHA or CNA certification is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment

• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
