Englewood Health in Englewood, NJ is seeking a Care Manager for the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will manage patient care from admission through post-discharge and lead the care team in a dynamic environment.
The role requires a BSN, an active NJ RN license with BLS and ACLS, and a specialty certification within one year. Full-time days with 6:00am-6:30pm shifts and on-call duties are included.

The care manager provides care for individuals, families, aggregates of patients and for community groups. The level of responsibility of the care manager is from admission to post discharge. The care manager is prepared to function in structured and unstructured health care settings. The unstructured setting is a geographical and/or situations environment, which may not have established standards and has the potential for variations requiring independent decision making. The Care Manager directs the work of the staff nurse, unlicensed care givers and other disciplines that provide direct patient care.
