Job summary

Englewood Health is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join the Cath Lab team in Englewood, NJ. The role focuses on coordinating patient care across disciplines in acute or clinic settings, documenting care in the EHR, and maintaining composure during changing conditions.

The position is full-time, days shift, with hours 7:00am-7:30pm. Minimum one year of Cath Lab experience and an NJ RN license (BLS & ACLS) are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience.
• Current NJ RN License, BLS and ACLS required.
• Specialty Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that leads to a positive patient care experience by evaluating, planning and implementing effective plans of care and communicating with patients and families.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care in acute or clinic settings.
• Make sound decisions in response to changes in condition or response to treatment while maintaining a calm demeanor.
• Utilize the Electronic Health Record to document patient care.
• Coordinate with physicians and team members regarding changes in patient status, symptoms, results of tests and critical values.
