Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Parma, OH is seeking a caring Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents, assisting with daily activities and personal care while upholding safety and dignity.

You will follow ISP plans, support dining and daily routines, and engage residents through conversation and activities, including memory-care enrichment where applicable. This role offers paid training and growth opportunities within Sunrise's supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities

Pay Range
