Acenda Integrated Health provides 100+ behavioral health programs, including mental health services, crisis care, substance use recovery, family therapy, maternal and pediatric support, and residential programs across New Jersey.

The goal of our residential program is to provide skill teaching, education, and encouragement of personal growth, fostering independence in activities of daily living so residents can integrate into the community. Our setting is a semi‑supervised apartment that aims to be the least restrictive yet clinically appropriate structured setting, promoting physical and mental health and reducing the need for psychiatric hospitalization.
Our Residential Service Program offers a continuum of housing for the acutely and chronically mentally ill with supervised residences. As a Care Manager in our Adult Residential Program, you will provide safety and security for adult clients within a semi‑supervised apartment setting and promote a healthful, supportive environment. You will work closely with the residential nurse, supervisor, and director to implement individualized rehabilitation treatment goals, using evidence‑based practice.
Starting Base Rate: $20 per hour.
Schedule: 20–29 hours per week, evenings and weekends required.
Bilingual rate: an additional $1.50 added to the base rate for Spanish proficiency.
