While they remain in the semi-supervised apartment, the goal is to provide the least restrictive but most clinically appropriate structured setting. Our combined efforts will promote physical and mental health, and increase social support identification and engagement resulting in a dramatic decrease in the need for further psychiatric hospitalization.**Job Overview**Our Residential Service Program offers a continuum of housing for the acutely and chronically mentally ill with supervised residences. Our purpose is to help those suffering from severe mental illness to live in the least restrictive setting that is compatible with their level of functioning. As a Care Manager in our Adult Residential Program, you will provide for the safety and security of adult clients within a semi-supervised apartment setting by promoting a healthful and supportive environment.
