Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Caregiver in New York to support residents with daily activities and personal care. You will follow ISP guidelines, document changes, and promote safety and dignity in care delivery.

Building meaningful relationships and engaging residents in daily activities are central to this role. We offer paid training, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive team focused on quality of life for seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
