Job summary

Autism Society Of Nc in Raleigh seeks a Care Manager to provide comprehensive care planning for children with autism, coordinating with families and providers to ensure access to needed services.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in human services and 2+ years of relevant experience, with willingness to travel within the Triangle. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in human services (Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
• 2+ years' experience with Autism and/or Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities
• 2+ years’ experience providing care management, case management, or coordination to individuals with IDD/ASD
• Based in or near the Triangle area and willing to travel locally
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
