Job summary

Autism Society of North Carolina is seeking a Care Manager to provide holistic care coordination for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in the Raleigh area.

You will work with families, care teams, and service providers, coordinating referrals and authorizations while monitoring service delivery to ensure needed supports are in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in human services (Social Work, Psychology, etc.).
• 2+ years' experience with Autism and/or Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities.
• 2+ years’ experience providing care management or coordination to individuals with IDD/IDD.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide whole-person care management for children with autism or other developmental disabilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or master's in human services (Social Work, Psychology, etc.)
• 2+ years' experience with Autism and/or Intellectual /Developmental Disabilities
• 2+ years’ experience providing care management, case management, or coordination to individuals with IDD/ASD
• Based in or near the Triangle area and willing to travel locally
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment
