Sunrise Senior Living in Norwood, MA is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support with daily living activities and meaningful interactions with residents.

You will follow ISP, promote safety and independence, assist with meals, mobility, and personal care, and communicate with families and care leaders. Training is provided and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range: 18.92 - 23.65
