Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Mission Viejo is seeking a caring Caregiver to join our team. You will provide hands-on support with daily activities, build meaningful relationships with residents, and help maintain a warm, safe environment.

You will follow individualized plans, promote dignity, assist with dining, and engage residents through conversation and activities, while collaborating with families and care leaders to brighten each day.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

17.20 - 21.55
