Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Middletown, NJ is seeking a Caregiver to provide hands-on support and build meaningful relationships with residents. You will help with daily activities, promote safety, and contribute to a compassionate living environment for seniors.

The role emphasizes empathetic care, clear communication with families and team members, and participation in memory-care activities when needed. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow ISP plans and document changes accurately.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for memory-impaired residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range: 18.92 - 23.65
