Sunrise Senior Living in New Jersey is looking for a compassionate Caregiver to join our team. As the heart of our mission, you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor safety, and build meaningful relationships that brighten every day.

You will follow individualized service plans, support dining and activities, and communicate with families and care leaders. We provide paid training, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

18.92 - 23.65
