A First Name Basis (AFNB) is a fast-growing in-home care provider with 40+ offices across four states, dedicated to delivering compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. The Care Manager will develop personalized care plans, supervise staff, and ensure client well-being.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in homecare, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication, and reliable travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in homecare preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Office/administrative support skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable vehicle for travel within area.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities.

Position Summary:
