Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Caregiver in Albany, NY to provide hands-on support to seniors, including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility. You will follow individualized plans, document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents.

You’ll engage residents, support dining services and maintain a clean environment. In Memory Care you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring well-being and engagement with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, you will create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss, ensuring their well-being and engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
