Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands‑on support to seniors, fostering independence, safety, and dignity. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. They engage residents through conversation and activities, support dining services, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, they create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Effective communication with families and care team members is essential.
