Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders; assist Memory Care for memory-impaired residents.
