Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support seniors with daily living activities, safety, and independence in a homecare setting.

You will follow Individualized Service Plans, document changes, engage residents with conversation and activities, assist with dining, and help memory care residents enjoy enriching experiences. Opportunities for paid training and career growth are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Caring, reliable, and good communication skills emphasized.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within reasonable time.
• Role emphasizes meaningful interactions, safety, and enhancing residents' quality of life.

Responsabilités

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and personal care.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, promote safety, dignity and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities; support dining services.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment; provide care for Memory Care residents.

Role Overview

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. They follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key responsibilities. In Memory Care, caregivers create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma/GED and age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
