Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide hands-on support to seniors in their homes, promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will assist with ADLs, follow care plans, and document changes while engaging residents in meaningful activities and supporting dining services.

The role requires reliable, caring individuals with strong communication skills who can work with Memory Care residents and coordinate with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; age 18+.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities
