Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Arlington, MA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to support residents with daily living activities, promote safety and independence, and foster meaningful connections. You will follow individualized service plans and collaborate with care leaders and families to brighten each day.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong compassion, reliability, and communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care.
• Follow ISP and document changes.
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence.
• Engage residents through conversation and daily activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.

Pay Range:

18.92 - 23.65
